SLIPS ARE AVAILABLE FOR OUR 2023 SEASON.

Quiet park-like setting; covered BBQ centre on the water; children's playground & splashpad in the park; racing, reciprocal cruising, adult sailing program and economical winter storage available through our sister organization BS&BC.

     1) Full Seasonal Rental (May to October)

         All new 30 foot docks

                                Pump-out, Water and Hydro for maintenance included               
           
25 feet and under $2,000. plus HST $260.00 TOTAL $2,260.00

30 feet and under $2,500. plus HST $325.00 TOTAL $2,825.00

35 feet and under $2,900. plus HST $377.00 TOTAL $3,277.00

 NO NEW BOATS OVER 35 FEET ACCEPTED IN THE MARINA

*IF GRANDFATHERED 37.5 feet and under $3,200. plus HST $416.00 TOTAL $3,616.00             
                  

 Overwidth - beam surcharge in excess of 12 ft.  $450.00 Plus HST $58.50 TOTAL $508.50

     2) Full Season Rental for Small Boats (May to October)

         All new 20 foot docks

          Small boats - up to 20 ft. LOA $1,550.00 plus HST $201.50 TOTAL $1,751.50

LOA - Length Overall - including outboard motor,sailboat rudder, swim platform, bow pulpit etc.

       Maximum beam 8 ft.
